Considering I've never made a tarte tatin I would have to start with that. I feel like I've lived a sheltered life having never made one.

Love their oval Dutch oven. As for this pan I would use it for crumbles and berry tortes, and large s'mores. Could line it with a graham crackercrumb shell, pile on chocolate and mini marshmallows and more cracker crumbs on top and pop into oven. Yum! Yum!
